#4 Build/manage playlist using the web server

It would be much easier to build and maintain playlists
using the web server interface, than the feature-free
interface on the Kiss box. Selecting tracks, changing
names, and other editing would be done using a web
interface visualising the list of current tracks in the
playlist, as well a list of all tracks.
