#13 problem with the rejoining

Hello, i am a student and i am developing the application using chord library. Thank you people, who developed it, it really rocks:).
I have a problem, when the node joing the chord everything ok, but when it leave and try to joing it again the errors came. I tested a bit, when i change my localport it ok, but if i am not changing the port it gives me the error.
Why it not unbounds the localport?
