This does not work with the BinkKet 2.5 drivers.
However, the R5 addon, OBOS print kit, and the drivers
work fine

    Works for me but the printer has to be turned on before
    printing.

    Maybe that's relative to missing transport add-on init
    message attributes? Or BinkJet 2.5 check the message "what"
    value against 'okok', which we didn't set.

    I've updated last week several OBOS transport add-ons, "USB
    Port" included, to act more like R5 ones.

    Let's hope it's better now.
