I installed open-axiom-1.4.0-windows-i386.exe (56883931 bytes, MD5: 3f4d2f0321d6b84fa22e3c24237628c0) on my Windows XP system. When I click on the "OpenAxiom" desktop icon, I get the following message:
""

Perhaps I need a different QtCore4.dll, but I don't know which one that might be.
Can a new OpenAxiom 1.4.0 Windows binary installer please be created which includes the files necessary to run the program? Thank you for your time on this matter.
Thanks for the detailed report.
We just released OpenAxiom-1.4.1 and new binaries for Windows,
where we believe these issues have been fixed.
Please, try the new installer and let us know.
Hi jrredford. This problem is now fixed in 1.4.1. Please download the new binaries for Windows. Thank you for your report.
Things appear to be working. A simple GUI comes up, which is something new over the open-axiom-1.3.0-windows-i386.exe release.
I don't suppose the graphics are supposed to be working with this new Windows release, because they aren't. And I suppose the graphics viewer has to be working in order for write commands (such as writing plots in PostScript) to also work.
Assuming those behaviors are expected, then I haven't run into any problem. Thank you for this release.
