[Opalvoip-user] Help : Delta between RTP packets

Hello,

I experience a problem with the delta between RTP packets on G711A codec.
The delta follow the following sequence :
~ 30ms
~ 30ms
~ 0,3ms 
~ 30ms
~30ms
~ 0,3ms
...
The delta average is 20ms, but it create some cracklink on voice on some
voip service.

The problem does not seems related to Opal only. My current version is
3.14.3, but while I try to understand the problem, I see that on my own
computer I have the same behavior with Opal 3.12.9.
Also, on one another computer I did not have the problem at all : the RTP
delta is always ~20ms.

The computer with problem is running Win8.1 / Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit
The computer without the problem is running Win7 / Broadcom NetXTreme
Gigabit Ethernet.

I have the same behavior with OpenPhone.

If somebody already had this issue and find the way to solve it, it will
help me.
