[Opalvoip-user] Lacaille rfc2833/dtmf issue

Hi Robert,

It seems that the changes made in rfc2833 area is causing some problem and
the digits are
being detected twice. I am using the latest trunk of lacaille(rc32397)

Actually, I am dialling from a tele-presence unit to our gateway and later
when the unit prompts for the meeting id, I dial the digits. I can see them
getting printed twice on the screen.

For example when I press '3' once it shows me "33".

Important thing is that this is not happening with eridani. So to make my
system working I have
changed the lacaille code with eridani and then it worked correctly for me.

I am attaching the whole change for you reference.
