OPAL seens to send the CALLTOKEN challenge reliably, which means it gets resent, which it must not.
This in turn causes a bug in asterisk to appear :-D (the malformed packet from the pcap)

A follow-up bug is that I get an OnClearedCall without having seen a OnShowIncoming().
