Lights are the wrong intensity, when compared to the
lightwave scene that was used to make the model.

There is an ambient light set to (1,1,1,0.25) which I
did not define, and which is different from the
lightwave ambient light.

I'm not sure if they are cutting off too early, if the
normals are not being used properly, if Opal is
relying on something to be in the hardware which is
not present in the hardware, or what...

Considering the light's point of view, there is a top
surface that is nearly normal to the light, and a
partially obscured surface that is at an angle away
from the light. The top surface is being lit, the
lower surface is not. The top surface should be lit
more than it is.

I'm also giving you the model to look at.
