#10 No STDOUT for non-consoles.

OpAL is supposed to detect whether it was launched
from a console. If it was all standard out text
(printf, etc.) needs to be redirected to it. This has
bearing on the viewer (camera sample). Error messages
are being written but they don't appear.

If there is no console window then write all standard
output to an HTML file called opal.plg.
