#324 Modification tracking (Save Creator, date of change/creation)

In my Club often more than one Person works on a map. It would help if you know, who has mapped a Stone, which you can not find..
If the Date of creation/change of an object would help to find regions of a map, where nothing have changed for a long time. So you know you have to work on these regions.

[tickets:#178] Object tagging is able to save any key/value pair for an object. Saving creating/modification time and person could be a of mapper feature.

[tickets:#121] "Map parts" may be used to partition the map into parts done by different people, using the part's name for marking editor and time. During editing, only one part can be modified at the same time. During printing, all parts are treated as a whole.

Both features will come with 0.6.0.
