#687 Add GetCRC32 Rexx DLL call to ooRexx

To explain the source code attachments... I make use of a Rexx library only for one API call, the GGetCRC32. Could you please consider moving that one call to ooRexx, and I may get rid of installing this add-on to deployments. I have attached both the Linux and Windows files. The GGetCRC32 function relies also on a function to load the CRC32 table. This is a C implementation of old Rexx source code I had... executes MUCH faster in C code rather than ooRexx interpretive.

please be aware that there's a company copyright on both of the attached pieces of code. We cannot accept any such code in ooRexx.

yes, well spotted. No, it must be CPL with an affidavit from the contributor that the code is unencumbered own work on file in the repository.

Back when we were building a DLL call for Rexx CRC32 code, Object Rexx had not been open sourced.

I have been trying to get the Rexx CRC32 code contributed to the ooRexx project, so that I may have one less DLL to set up on systems.

The ooRexx project team requests permission to promote your source code into ooRexx.

Could you kindly allow permission to transition the one CRC32 call into ooRexx?
