#562 winsystm examples should not rely on running from command prompt

The winsystm examples are distributed under the ooDialog examples because many of them use ooDialog.

However some of those examples only run correctly if run from a command prompt because they rely on printing information to the console window. It would be nice if all the winsystm examples ran correctly if dragged and dropped on ooDialog.exe, through rexxpaws.
