#359 Rexxref 1.10.2. Whitespace wrong

Rexxref says

Horizontal tabs encountered in Rexx program source are converted into blanks, allowing tab
characters and blanks to be use (sic) interchangeably in source.

Horizontal tabs are treated as blanks when occupying a whitespace position between tokens, continuations or comments, and preserved when part of a comment or a string, as one can easily see with C2X and SOURCELINE.
