#344 Add information to TraceObject's "5.4.25.3. *NEW* collector=" documentation

Add the information that at the time of the append message, the traceObject is not yet completely filled in. At that point in time it contains the entries NUMBER, OPTION, and TIMESTAMP.

Note: will be opening a RFE for TraceObject to include a class attribute NOTIFY (default: .nil) with the purpose to send an append message to the non-nil object stored in the NOTIFY class attribute whenever the traceObject is completed, fully filled in. This will allow real-time tracing to be implemented. In case this RFE gets implemented, this documentation needs to be updated accordingly.
