#295 ooDialog Reference - remove incomplete documentation for rebar control

Mark Miesfeld added the rebar control to ooDialog in v 4.2.4

He died before the documentation was complete and later attempts to use the rebar showed that there was a bug in it (see ooRexx open discussion list thread dated 2015-01-15)

Since that time, no one has come forward with the skills required to maintain/fix these problems and no user has reported using the rebar control.

I would suggest deprecating it and removing it from the documentation.
