#289 ooDialog connectListboxevent para 4.7.16 needs important note

For notifications of listbox events DBLCLK, SELCHANGE or SELCANCEL to be sent, the listbox needs the NOTIFY style.

This is documented in oodialogref section 8.6.7 in the paragraph about the NOTIFY style, but needs to be drawn to the attention of the programmer reading about the connectlistboxevent method in 4.7.16.

I think this should be an important note box and should contain a link to the relevant paragraph in section 8.6.7

The text of the important note box should read something like

The listbox control must have the NOTIFY style for the DBLCLK, SELCHANGE and SELCANCEL notifications to be sent.

and the word NOTIFY should be a link to the notify style in section 8.6.7.

I think the important note should appear at the end of the Remarks para
