#215 Please create a zip file with the 4.2.0 PDFs and a zipfile for the HTML.

4.1.3 had zip files with all the PDFs and another with all the HTML. Please create these for 4.2.0. It's a real pain to download one file at a time, esp because I have open the PDF, and then do SaveAs.
