#283 Possible hashbang line problem

How will the change from
/usr/bin/rexx
to
/usr/local/bin/rexx

for Linux systems be communicated to the users that don't use

/usr/bin/env rexx

in their hashbang line?

Or should CMAKE INSTALL_PREFIX be set back to /usr for Linux systems?
