#1 "List index out of bounds (1)"

[Marco Huggenberger]

If there are no default setting within the
connection-dialog on internet settings, dictinstall
0.9.3 will terminate with the error message 'List index
out of bounds (1)".

I told this user to install the dictionaries manually
as a short fix, but this should not occur in the next
release (maybee a normal error message, but not a
programm termination).
