Today, the modules in the CVS repository has been synced with the latest POT module 240
please update your local repository if you want to have the latest version before you start translate them

Regarding changes to the infrastructure of Sourceforge, CVS Information should be updated also. For anonymous user, use

I have updated all untranslated PO files to have 0.1 as the initial values for Project-Id-Version information so that it will not produce an error messages when being checked by gettext tools (msgfmt). Please use this tool to check the validity of the translations before you do a commit to the CVS Server.
I also have update the modules to POT 167 today, so please update your modules as soon as possible before you do some updates on your working copy. ... read more
CVS Modules has been updated to POT 164, the latest POT package available. So start updating your local repository using cvs update before you do some modifications on your local file to prevent conflicts between local and remote files.

As you have found out that SF is disabling the sync delay between CVS for server and anonymous users, thus the web interface for the PO modules (http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/ooo-id) are not updated based on the latest packages, so only developers who would actually sees the actual changes made to the CVS Server by using log, history, and diff command.
Don't worry... the project still running and we are still updating the translations regularly. You will see the changes when SF has enabled the Sync delay again. Don't get suprised if we have managed to translate some of them. ... read more
Hello everybody, the PO files which are needed for the translation has been imported to the CVS Server and ready to be translated. You can start checking out the modules and start working on your local copy and then commit it to the CVS Server here at Sourceforge.
