The IPMASK patch for ratbox causes a problem wtih
OOMon. OOMon will pick up on the wrong address
instead of the real host. This is due to a change on
whois output.

It applies cleanly to ratbox 1.4-1. It will not apply
cleanly to ratbox 1.4-2 and will not work with ratbox 1.5.

    I'll take a look at the "umode-X" patch.

    In the mean time, you may want to try the following setting
    as a workaround:
    *** BROKEN_HOSTNAME_MUNGING = ON
