#23 Ability to parse server notices and trap them

Like for instance the following issue:

[server] (16:55:05) Unauthorized client connection from
DarnellDa[unknown@user-119a9om.biz.mindspring.com]
[66.149.39.22] on [213.239.111.2/6667].

Would be really nice if one could parse server notices,
perhaps count them (not too important) and issue
k/d-lines based on trap/triggering.
