add new hardware variant to support Original-DXM with new firmware parameter set
serial_dxm.lua supports now 4 different hardware variants:
hardwareID = 1 (DXM1 with Original firmware)
hardwareID = 2 (DXM1 with OOBD firmware (old paramater set, SVN<=368))
hardwareID = 3 (DXM1 with OOBD firmware (new paramater set, SVN>368))
hardwareID = 4 (OOBD-Cup v4 with OOBD firmware (new parameter ser))
