#47 Display students grade as percent

I think it would be very useful if, when you click on a class to see the students listed and their grade, you could see the percent grade along with the letter grade.

One of our teacher had a computer problem this week and couldn't access her grade book on the computer. But it was Progress Report time. She went to OnlineGrades to retrieve students grades. She had to do it one by one. If the percent grade is displayed, it would be a lot easier...
