The first problem to suspect would be with Onkor, not your machine. Onkor is somewhat old now and has not necessarily kept up to date with newer models of System Ones. I would suggest uploading one or two nights' data and comparing them with what you know happened to make sure Onkor is handling the data correctly. Onkor defines a "therapy session" as the machine being ON, so if you know you machine has been on for > 52 minutes on any night, there is certainly a problem with Onkor.
