[onebook-core] CD is done

I have the CD in my hand. Joel, I noticed in the book zipfile 
there were all sorts of blahBlah~ files that didn't seem to serve 
a purpose so I deleted them. I put Java, MySQL, Tomcat, the two 
jar files (oreilly and mm), and WinCVS on the CD as well. I'm 
going to go bring it to Dan right now and then he can email bruce 
& tell him he got it.
