ONDEX Suite / News: Recent posts

The October2012 release is available. This release was tested according to the current test protocol for Ondex. The Ondex tutorial was updated too.

The January 2012 release is available. This is an alpha release without much testing.

Release candidate 2 has been uploaded, which now does contain the IB2010 version of the tutorial PDF and some other smaller bugfixes.

We are glad to announce a new ONDEX/OVTK release which is used during the ISMB 2009 demo. We also provide all the example files for OVTK.

The lists and forums have been disabled because of too much spam. Please use other ways of support available at http://www.ondex.org and http://ondex.sf.net .

We are pleased to announce that as of now JIRA serves as the feature request and bug tracker for ONDEX.

This also means that we will close down the sourceforge bug and feature request trackers as of today.

We are glad to announce a new ONDEX/OVTK release which has been successfully used during the Integrative Bioinformatics 2008 tutorial. We also provide all the tutorial and example files for OVTK.
