ONCA is nearing completion of the first iteration, and while it is not feature-complete for the first release, it is about to be deployed at Central Washington University for the publication of it's student media programs. I am very excited about the progress that has been made, and want to reiterate that a feature-complete release candidate will be available by the end of the year.

Additionally, while the first iteration being deployed at CWU is not feature-complete, once that code has been put into production it will be uploaded to the ONCA subversion repository and made available for the general public.

ONCA has been under development during summer 2008, but due to changes in the criteria the first release has been delayed until now. The project is now progressing very quickly towards Alpha, and you can all expect to see a release candidate by the end of the year.
