#4 De-couple articles from stories

Articles (text that a person reads) needs to be de-coupled from stories (a container for a news item - articles, art, sidebars, etc.). Adding article text to a story needs to be optional. This would be useful for photoessays, or (in the future) a news story that is contained in a standalone video clip, sound bite, etc.
