#41 Check of bBuffersContiguous is missing

the Bellagio components should check when connecting to a tunnel the field bBuffersContiguous of the port for special buffer requirements.
The same check should be performed by the IL client when allocating any buffer to be provided to a component with the OMX_UseBuffer call
