No

Among the available locales, neither EO nor ES have an available tutorial.

Janet Romero has "started" on 1.7.3 localization.
I assume that is in progress (will check with Janet).
Spanish has not been updated (prior to Janet's efforts) since 1.6.1, which
Pablo from localiseit.net did. The database shows that Pablo's work was
"Finished for review". Could this mean his work was not reviewed, yet, and included?
Is this why there is no tutorial in the current ES?

I will check with Janet on her progress, and, if that fails to produce a result,
I will bring the matter up with Pablo.

    Incidentally, what is EO?
    Is that Esperanto?

(Please forgive my ignorance in the matter).

    Yes, EO is Esperanto.

The list of language codes is documented in the 1.7.3 manual (languages.html).
