You can have a look at the current version under:

Most important change is the support of spamassassin, based on
the setup described under http://www.spamassassin.org/dist/sql/README
(but with a larger field for the username: in our case it contains
the whole mail address).
Mails are scanned for virus and spam using a patched version of
qmail-scanner, which lookups in the database if the message has
to be scanned against spam, and what to do when it found a spam
(delete, tag & deliver, forward). I will prepare a clean
patch for qmail-scanner, for the moment an older version
is under http://www.omnis.ch/stuff/ospam/.
