#60 slow metadata load: RuntimeException("recursive population")

at the moment connection.connect() doesn't wait until all metadata is loaded. it returns successfully but when you start using the connection before all metadata is loaded it will throw a "throw new RuntimeException("recursive population");"

it should either a) not lazy load b) on second request wait until its loaded

personally it seems to do the trick to do a olapDbMetadata.getCubes().size() after the connect to get the common metadata before i continue but that seems rather hackish

That runtime exception shouldn't happen. Therefore this is a bug.

Can you post the call stack of the exception? It will help us find out what code isn't waiting for what code to finish.
