#4 use ogm video only files as input

Hi there,

cool work so far !

I've got a question: could you please add the option to
use a ogm-video-only-file as an input (instead of an AVI).

I do encode sound and video seperately and end up with
one OGM containing the video(I encode directly into the
OGG Container in order to avoid known problems with the
AVI & B-Frames combination) and one OGG with audio.

The only way to mux them with OGGMux is to add the
OGM(after renaming it to OGG) as a second Audio Stream
- unfortunately resulting in an irritating second
audiostream entry called video in WMP/other Players
supporting multiple Audio.

Otherwise this method works flawlessly.
