Versions 0.19.16 and 0.19.17 of the win32 version of the OFFSystem randomly crash and terminate without any warning. They don't bring Windows down but these two versions (so far) are ill-suited for long-term execution.
I'm currently running OFFsystem on WinXP-Pro with a 16GB bucket. The last very stable version which can practically run for weeks on end with no interruption was 0.19.13
Thanks! :)

I experience the same problem.
offsystem randomly starts to produce continues disk accesses.
while doing this it won't open up from the tray anymore.
after some time it crashes, I event observed a crash when the cache was
checked because a prior crash.
can anyone else confirm excessive disk accesses before the crash?

the new version seems to fix that problem for me.
but I'll need to test that over a longer period.
