Would be helpful if the admin can add users and
password for specific folders if this tool is in public use.

Actually the access control system is planed to use
different ranks which show - depending on your rank -
different folders.
E.g. guests will have rank "0" and won't see any folder or
link which has a higher rank than 0. Admin will have rank
"100" and can see everything. You then can create user-ranks
reaching from 1 to 99 where every rank sees also the folders
and links for lower ranks.
I'm not sure about this system but I think it'll be a quick
solution and it should be enough for very simple access
restrictions. Or has anybody better ideas? (Note: I know
that the proposed solution is _very_ quick and won't allow a
very customizable access system.)
