please make available a windows, mac, and maybe linux .oxt file, unless you can make an .oxt file which is System Independent.
the extension is unusable without this.
I should mention that when you make uploads to sf.net in the file section, the circled-i icon is something you click on which allows a download to have an OS associated with it.
for instance, if a user has a mac, and you have the mac checkbox enabled, the green download button will appear for that file.
if there is more than one mac download, it will always choose the latest, and randomly in that folder from the mac selections.
you can also upload a readme.txt file that describes your archive file or executable, and it will be automatically displayed in the files area.
If you re-upload the same file (update), you will have to re-check the OS checkboxes again.
