#82 Formating conditions based on another cell content

This feature is not fully compatibile in Excel and Calc. In Excel some cases are coded completly diffrently (i.e. if in another cell is specified text) and another look simillar to Calc. Because cases incompatible in Excel are hard to distinct in Calc from this compatibile ones it makes impossible to ommit incompatibilities.
