#292 XLSX-charts-pattern fill color not supported in calc

In calc, pattern fill color is not supported for chart's parts i.e. legend, chart title, axis title, data series, data label, wall area, chart area.

Work around:if pattern fill color is defined for chart's parts, it will be
mapped to solid fill color and fore color of pattern fill color will be taken into consideration

Defect "2107199-charts, bar color changed" has this issue
