[odin-devel] reconstruction parameters

Hello everybody,

I was looking for a mechanism to save some sequence parameters into (I
think) recoInfo
so that they are available for reconsturction. The only mechanism I
see is via JXD variables,
but these take space on the user interface. Is there another way?
