Yes, IceOdin dumps the raw signal data to disk.

I compiled it on an Intel 64 bit and it works fine. I haven't tested it using 
a 32 bit executable, or amd 64, this will probably work, too, due to the 
compatability layer of 64 bit machines. Please let us know if you find out 
more...
