#89 Legend problem with semilogx

The displayed legend is either wrongly scaled in x direction or completely broken when using semilogx()
Somehow it depends on the absolute values of the x-axis.

wrongly scaled:
gcf;clf;semilogx(1:1:10, 1:10, 'x-;line1;');

even worse:
gcf;clf;semilogx(1:10:100, 1:10, 'x-;line1;');

completely broken:
gcf;clf;semilogx(0.01:0.01:0.1, 1:10, 'x-;line1;');

using octplot-0.3.9 with octave-2.1.73 on cygwin

Moreover, after I have plot some "contour" graph using the contour function, I was unable to show the "legend" of the graph using octplot. Is it a bug?
