#3 Errors running the app

I have installed the software successfully, but unable to insert the subnets, devices etc.I also get the following pop-up error randomly while browsing the application:
Error:
Send failed : Client.Error.MessageSend : Channel.Security.Error error Error #2048 url: 'http://octets.introminds.com:3000/rubyamf/gateway'
How get avoid this error and get the app running properly?
