#3 Hangs on start

Reported by John Moore:

Occulti hangs on start on Win32. He's filed a bug report, complete with
the list of keys which is causing the hang. Cannot recreate, but have
some suspicions about what's going wrong. So far, Moore is the only one
to report this problem. (Of course, that doesn't in any way diminish its
severity--I made it priority 9 for a reason.)

Problem was reported in the 0.1.x branch, continues at least through
0.2.x branch.

Potential problem found in the way we were loading subkey data--if a particular
bit of twisted logic got entered, an infinite loop would result. Possible Moore's
setup hits that twisted logic. Will be folded into 0.2 hotfix and pushed out to
him ASAP.

This bug has been reported to GnuPG, and is now recreatable
with my system. It appears to be a GnuPG error, not ours.
