It appeared in the list, but the archives don't reflect attachments.
This has been an issue thus far, at least for myself, as previous
patches (including another MacOSX patch) haven't been archived. Thanks
for finding a space to host the patch, I'm sure someone in the future
will need it.

That said, this is the first email I've recieved from this list in a
long time, I don't think OCamlSDL is under active development any
longer.
