Updating to Latest Version

I currently am using OBS v0.43a and I just saw that v0.432a came out. I am wondering if updating my OBS to the latest version will cause me to lose all my settings? If that is true then is it possible to make the settings carry over from update to update?

Nope, it does not cause you to lose any of your previous settings
