I believe you could used the "Add attachment" function, so it won't be quite a mess.
Actually you don't need Visual Studio Developer Tools. You only need Visual C# 2010 Express and/or SharpDevelop (which both of them are free).
Sorry, I looked for "Add Attachments" before but for some reason didn't see it, but I see it now. I have attach.
I will see if I can download and install Visual C. I am more used to programming in VBA, but it shouldn't to hard to figure out.
