Simon - is it possible to add OBA to OLS? There are multiple ID spaces in the same ontology, previously this caused problems with OLS. Erick - the URL below is wrong and has stale content which I will remove. The URLs to use are: http://purl.obofoundry.org/obo/oba.owl http://purl.obofoundry.org/obo/oba.obo Thanks, Chris On 5 Mar 2014, at 7:45, Erick Antezana wrote: > Hi, > > it would be great to have OBA in OLS (EBI) and BioPortal. > > BTW, are you planning on renaming the BATTO occurrences ( > http://www.berkeleybop.org/ontologies/bio-attributes/bio-attributes.obo) > by > OBA? > > cheers, > Erick > > > On 23 November 2013 00:25, Chris Mungall <cjm...@lb...> wrote: > >> Hi Ramona >> >> More details here >> http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=31242889 >> >> repo is currently piggy backing off of go until we have a namespace. >> >> obo and owl available here: >> http://www.berkeleybop.org/ontologies/bio-attributes/ >> >> >> >> On Fri, Nov 22, 2013 at 2:50 PM, Ramona Walls >> <rlw...@gm...>wrote: >> >>> Hi Chris, >>> >>> Can you provide a link to the ontology or repository? >>> >>> Thanks, >>> Ramona >>> >>> ------------------------------------------------------ >>> Ramona L.
