For OWL to OBO, storing untranslate-able OWL axioms somewhere seems useful, and I agree that dumping them in a separate OWL file seems most sensible. But I think this is a lower priority than supporting the complete expressiveness of OBO in OBO > OWL > OBO roundtrips. |
