[Objcryst-foxx] New FOX release 1.7.7

	Hi,

  There is a new Fox version available, recommended for all users :

   Among other changes it fixes two bugs:
(1) sometimes Fox would freeze after a long optimisation under windows
(2) some xml files could not be read back by Fox (the new version should be 
able to read all xml files, even those with NaN values in them.)

   (MacOS X ppc version is not yet available - only intel)
